Pumpkin Spice Latte

Pumpkin Spice Latte

Espresso, pumpkin-flavored syrup and steamed milk. Topped with sweetened whipped cream and pumpkin pie spices.

Frozen Mocha Hot Chocolate

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp hot chocolate mix
  • 1 tsp instant espresso powder
  • Chocolate syrup for serving
  1. Place all ingredients (except for chocolate syrup) in blender. Process until smooth.
  2. Place in a glass and drizzle with chocolate syrup.

Ultimate Hot Chocolate

  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 cinnamon stick, 6 sprigs fresh mint, or 2 split vanilla bean (optional)
  • 10 ounces semisweet or milk chocolate, cut into small pieces
  • Whipped cream, for serving (optional)
  • Chocolate shavings (optional)
  1. Heat milk to scalding in a medium saucepan. Add cinnamon, mint, or vanilla, if desired. Let steep 10 minutes.
  2. Remove saucepan from heat; strain, and return to saucepan.
  3. Reheat milk; using a whisk, stir in chocolate until melted and milk is frothy.
  4. Serve immediately with a dollop of whipped cream garnished with chocolate shavings, if desired.
