Hello beauties, shine, shine, shine! Today I got a product review for you featuring the L'Oréal Extraordinary Clay VoxBox from Influenster. Does it slay the day? Is it The Glam Kitty approved? Read on to find out.

A little over a month ago I received the Extraordinary Clay VoxBox from Influenster. I’ve been testing it out consistently for over a month now and I have to say it’s amazing! My hair type is oily at the roots and dry at the ends/tips. This 3 step hair care system is an absolute godsend if your hair type is similar to mine. It leaves my hair feeling extremely clean and refreshed after each use.

Steps:

Extraordinary Clay Clay Mask Pre-Shampoo Treatment
  Extraordinary Clay Rebalancing Shampoo
  Extraordinary Clay Rebalancing Conditioner

In the instruction infographic they recommend applying the Pre-Shampoo Treatment mask to dry hair on the roots. Then rinsing the mask off with the shampoo, instead, I use my Head and Shoulders shampoo to rinse the mask off mainly because I get really bad dandruff. After that, I follow with the Rebalancing Shampoo and I finish everything off with the Rebalancing Conditioner. If you don’t have dandruff then you won’t need to add in your dandruff shampoo. You will be able to just follow the 3 step hair care instructions normally. The products are made of 3 refined clays, and it claims to leave your hair with purified roots and hydrated ends for up to 48 hours. I find that the products definitely do what it claims to do and for me personally it lasts for 72 hours. It really super easy to use and totally worth it if you have oily roots and dry ends.

Review:

My final thoughts on the L'Oréal Extraordinary Clay 3 step hair system is that it’s 100% The Glam Kitty approved! The packaging is very colorful and modern. The products stand up to their claims of lasting power and provide the hair with a freshly renewed feeling. I absolutely love it!

Good evening beauties, shine, shine, shine! Today I have a product review for you guys, featuring the Always Radiant with Flex Foam pads. These came in my most recent VoxBox campaign from Influenster, the Goddess VoxBox.

These couldn’t have arrived at a more opportune time, literally the day after I got this box I started my monthly cycle. So thanks Influenster perfect timing! The Always Radiant Pads are hands down, the best pads I have ever tried. They form and fit to your kitty perfectly, every other pad I’ve tried slips and slides and never fits quite right. These blew all other pads out of the water. They come in this adorable floral packaging, and they have a wonderful scent. One of the few pads that actually does, what it says it’s intended to do. What I mean by that is, the 100% leak free. This is the first time that I didn’t experience a single leak throughout the day, or even at night when I was sleeping.

All other pads I’ve tried in the past, end up being quite abrasive and can sometimes rub your kitty raw or even the inner part of your thighs. I didn’t experience this at all with these lovely pads, it was like wearing a nice, soft, cushiony pillow. I have replaced the other brand of pads I was using with these 100%. I will never go back to using those crappy pads, hopefully always never discontinues these.

I received the Degree Men Motion Sense Dry Spray as part of the #TryDry Spray Voxbox campaign from Influenster for testing and review purposes. At first when opening this box I was a little disappointed as this is a men’s product and not a female product. I would have much preferred the Degree Women’s Motion Sense in Fresh Energy, as that would have been more relevant to me in my opinion. My husband and son enjoyed the product, it had very clean and functional packaging. The Dry Spray itself had a very nice clean musky man scent that would work well for any man I think.  All in all I think it’s a decent product, I would rate it a B+.

Review:

Here we have the Gillette Venus Swirl and the Gillette Venus Olay Violet Swirl Shaving Cream. This couldn’t have arrived at a more perfect time, I was in need of a new shaver.  The Olay Violet Swirl Shaving Cream is soft, creamy, and smooth. It’s not super thick like other shaving creams, which is a huge plus for me. I feel like when shaving creams are too thick, the razor is unable to get a close shave. It didn’t leave my skin dry after shaving, it left it slightly moisturized which was a pleasant surprise. Really a nice shaving cream, I will be picking this one up again soon.

The Gillette Venus Swirl is a little different from other Gillette Venus razors. The biggest feature difference I noticed is the swivel head. The other razors keep the head of the razor stationary. The Gillette Venus Swirl swivels slightly to the left and right, to fit the curves of your body better. At first I didn’t think this would make much difference in the quality of the shave but it made a huge difference. I got a way closer and smoother shave than I have with any other razor I have used in the past. If you’re in the market for a new razor, I highly recommend picking this one up you’ll love it. Hands down my favorite products out of the entire box.!

Product Review:

A couple of weeks ago, I was sent The Glam VoxBox from Influenster for testing and review purposes.  The Glam VoxBox featured a great variety of products, everything from skincare, personal hygiene, hair, nails, and grooming products.

First we have the Gillette Venus Swirl and the Gillette Venus Olay Violet Swirl Shaving Cream. This couldn’t have arrived at a more perfect time, I was in need of a new shaver.  The Olay Violet Swirl Shaving Cream is soft, creamy, and smooth. Next is the Cutex One Step Pads Advanced Revival Nail Polish Remover Pads. These work really great, I tested them out on both regular and glitter nail polishes. The Cutex One Step Pads didn’t disappoint, it held up and removed both types of nail polish like a champ! This pack is very compact in size, so I could see this being something useful to carry in your purse or bag. These worked really well, and didn’t leave my nails feeling stripped as some removers can do.

Q-tips precision tips are a great edition to this box. A lot of people use them to help clean up their nail polish. I personally use them to clean up my eye makeup or eyeliner. These can be super useful for helping you perfect the ultimate cat eye liner. They can even be used to smudge out your makeup underneath the eyes for that sultry smoky eye.

Next we have the Not Your Mother’s Clean Freak Refreshing Dry Shampoo. Personally prior to this box I had never tried a dry shampoo before. So I can’t comment on how this compares, to other dry shampoo products on the market. Overall I liked this, it doesn’t take long in between washing for my roots to get oily. This was a life saver for hectic days, like Parent Teacher conferences. When you need your hair to look good and cooperate.

This was a really lovely surprise in my Glam VoxBox! The Shea Moisture 3 step system, at first glance I thought these were all just moisturizers. When in fact there’s a facial wash scrub, anti-aging moisturizer, and anti-aging facial mask. These were absolutely refreshing on my skin, I have super dry skin year around and this provided some much needed moisture to my parched skin. I think this is a must have in your skin care regimen, especially if you’re someone with dry skin. Or if you’re looking to revive your skin from the harsh winter weather months.

This was the perfect box, it offered a great variety and all the products complimented each other nicely. I have to say I have yet to receive a VoxBox that I haven’t loved. Hello beauties, shine, shine, shine! Today I have a product review for you guys, featuring the Maybelline Superstay Better Skin Foundation in Porcelain.

A couple weeks ago, I received the Maybelline Superstay Better Skin Foundation VoxBox as part of Maybelline 3 week Better Skin Challenge campaign from Influenster. The shade I received was in Porcelain, there are 12 shades total to choose from. The selection of the shade Porcelain, was a perfect color match for my skin tone. It’s very difficult to color match my foundation, because I’m on the palest of the fair tone color spectrum. I was pleasantly surprised that the Porcelain shade wasn’t too pink, or too yellow it was a happy medium.

I really enjoy this foundation, it glides on smooth and lasts all day long. Part of the #betterskinchallenge is to test out the foundation consistently for 3 weeks. I tried it out for that extended period of time, and it’s a nice product. The formula is very lightweight so it doesn’t weigh your skin down, or feel like you have tons of product on. I have extremely dry skin, and I found the foundation to be a little drying. So to combat the dryness of my skin and the drying part of the foundation, I mixed in some of my favorite moisturizer. That fixed that, if you have oily or normal skin then you won’t need the moisturizer step.

The packaging on this product is very sleek, and modern. It has a pump feature to dispense the foundation, I have found that the pump gets clogged very easily. Just be sure to check that before you try to dispense the foundation.

Around a month ago, I received the J’Adore VoxBox from Influenster. One of the items included in it, was the Boots Botanics Ionic Clay Mask. At first I was a little hesitant as always because I have extra sensitive skin and was concerned that my skin may have a reaction. I’ve never really done a mask before, and I didn’t see anything about it being hypoallergenic. I put my fears aside and decided to give this a go. It was a really great experience, it took me a little while to get the hang of it but it turned out great.

Afterwards my face felt really refreshed, and like my pores could breathe once again. It was wonderful! I will be doing this again sometime soon. The texture of the product was super creamy, which made applying it a lot less challenging. I believe this would be great for all skin types. If you’re in the market for a new mask, then I highly recommend picking this up and giving it a try!
